Varun Dhawan

When I see a shrine, I do the three religion signs; fold hands (Hindus), seek blessings (Muslims), cross my heart (Christians), and say a Buddhist chant in my mind.

I didn't use any expletives till the 9th standard.

First crush was a girl named Astria. She was a fast runner in school, like me. I guess because of that I was attracted to her.

When I was in the 10th standard, we had to do 20 TD projects. I had completed only 19, so I picked one from someone else. After a couple of days, I told that guy that someone else had lifted his project and passed it off as his.

Once my brother Rohit and someone were having a fight. I picked up a bamboo stick and hit the guy. But my brother slapped me saying I shouldn't hit anyone like that.

I've this habit of enacting parts while watching TV. Often I'm playing multiple parts moving all around my room when my servant walks in and gives me a look as if I've lost it.

I don't know how to react when a girl hits on me. I can't even say thank you because I might make a fool of myself. I feel kinda hassled and stressed, so I just blush.

My prized collection is of DVDs. I haven't counted, but I have hundreds. Now I'm collecting blue rays after my brother Rohit got the first. I think I have about 100 of them.

In school, when I was about 12. I auditioned for the lead part in a play for the annual day and was rejected.

When I was small, my dad called me Paapu.

I'm very close to my brother. So I'm my bhaiyya's boy.

Alia Bhatt

I got lost when I was three years old. We were in Seychelles, where my father ( Mahesh Bhatt) was shooting for a film. I ventured out on my own from the hotel. Had my family not found me, I would be in Seychelles and not Mumbai (laughs).

I love French fries and can munch on them any time of the day.

Travelling by air gives me the jitters.

I am very flexible and can twist my knee clockwise. I can even touch my toe to my head.

During a Hindi elocution competition, I choked very badly. I was surprised when people actually complimented saying that I spoke Hindi very well.

I am into charcoal painting. It helps me relax.

I used to study lying down, because it helped me remember better.

I need to eat dahi (yogurt) with all kinds of food, including Chinese, Italian or Mexican. My friends find it bizarre, but yoghurt goes well with everything. You have to actually eat it with all the dishes to believe what I am saying.

I am a sports freak and always saw to it that I am the winner during sports day in school.

I am an expert handball player.

Dirty feet put me off. When I enter home, the first thing I do is wash my feet.

I can sleep for fourteen hours at a stretch. I can sleep like a log, literally!

Sidharth Malhotra

My pet Labrador is my only companion in Mumbai as I live alone here.

I love having gulab jamun with pickle. Once my brother dropped some pickle while I was eating a couple of gulab jamuns. I had that and got hooked to that combination.

My first crush was cousin sister's friend. 1 was 12 and asked my cousin to introduce me to the girl. I had my first girlfriend when I was about 15-16 years old.

In school, I had a crush on a teacher, Parul Jain. Once, I wrote on my book "Dude, Parul is looking really hot today." She noticed me talking and pulled me up. She came over and checked my book.

On my recent trip to Dubai, when we went clubbing, one girl told me 'You're really hot'. At first I didn't hear and bent down to ask her what she said. She repeated and moved her hand on my butt.

I felt a little used, but also flattered.

I'm obsessive about playing some sport. I get restless if I don't play anything. Any sport you play, all your anger, passion, love; all emotions get an outlet.

When I was a kid, I'd lie to my granny about needing money for something or the other at school, but I'd always spend on hot chocolate.

Wherever I go, whatever change I get, I put it in a fish bowl. So I have different coins from different countries. When it fills up, I'll get another bowl.

In Delhi, when I went to audition for an ad campaign of a suiting brand. I was was rejected for being a little chubby.

If I could go back in time and score 90 per cent in my studies, my mom would be very happy. I've never scored high percentage. So for her, I wish I could do it at least once.
